Abstract
Based on the calibration request data of PT. Famed Calibration in January-December 2020 there was a decrease in the number of customers this was in line with several incoming customer complaints. The company has set a high productivity target of 95% as a performance standard in calibration operations both on site and in lab. In the January - December 2020 period, PT Famed Calibration achieved an average onsite productivity of 88% and inlab of 94%. This study aims to determine the level of productivity and provide suggestions for improvements to increase the level of productivity. This study uses the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method with five ratio indicators, namely calibrator downtime, calibrator efficiency, and attendance criteria, actual onsite calibration achievements and inlab calibration actual achievements. The results showed that for one year the productivity value and performance index were different each month, the highest occurred in May 2020 with a value of 1057, while the lowest productivity decline occurred in October 2020 with a value of 152. While the lowest score achievement for each ratio occurred at a ratio of 1 with a score of 38. The proposed improvement plan is focused on calibrator maintenance in terms of machines, materials, humans, methods and the environment based on cause and effect diagram. By implementing SOP and work instructions, can increase on-site productivity 99.5% in September 2021 and 99.7% in October 2021 and the value of in-lab productivity 100% in September and October 2021. Keywords: Productivity, Objective Matrix (OMAX), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Cause and Effect Diagram Berdasarkan data permintaan kalibrasi PT. Famed Calibration bulan Januari-Desember 2020 terjadi penurunan jumlah pelanggan hal ini sejalan dengan beberapa keluhan pelanggan yang masuk. Perusahaan telah menetapkan target produktivitas besar 95% sebagai standar kinerja dalam operasional pengerjaan kalibrasi baik on site maupun in lab. Pada periode Januari - Desember tahun 2020, PT Famed Calibration mencapai rata-rata produktivitas onsite sebesar 88% dan inlab sebesar 94%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas dan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dengan indikator lima rasio yaitu downtime kalibrator, efisiensi kalibrator, dan kriteria absensi, pencapaian aktual kalibrasi onsite dan pencapaian aktual kalibrasi inlab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan selama satu tahun nilai produktivitas dan indeks performansi yang berbeda tiap bulan, tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Mei 2020 dengan nilai 1057, sedangkan penurunan produktivitas terendah terjadi pada bulan Oktober 2020 dengan nilai 152. Sedangkan nilai terendah pencapaian skor setiap rasio terjadi pada rasio 1 dengan nilai 38. Usulan rencana perbaikan yang diajukan difokuskan pada perawatan kalibrator yang dilihat dari sisi mesin, material, manusia, metode dan lingkungan berdasarkan cause and effect diagram. Dengan menerapkan SOP dan instruksi kerja dapat meningkatkan produktivitas on site sebesar 99,5 % bulan September 2021 dan 99,7 % bulan Oktober 2021 dan nilai produktivitas in lab sebesar 100% di bulan September dan Oktober 2021.
