Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of training, compensation and career development on sustainable employee performance with employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable (Case Study: Prolindo Group). This research is a quantitative study with 103 Prolindo Group employees as a population. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with 103 permanent employees as a sample. Source of data from primary and secondary data. The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS with SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. The results of the study show that: (1) Training, compensation and career development partially have a positive and significant impact on sustainable employee performance with a contribution of 71.60%; (2) Partially, employee job satisfaction has no effect and is not significant on sustainable employee performance; (3) Training and career development partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a contribution of 73.20%; (4) Partial compensation has no effect and is not significant on employee job satisfaction; and (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating training, compensation and career development on sustainable employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh pelatihan, kompensasi dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi (Studi Kasus: Prolindo Group). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan 103 orang karyawan Prolindo Group sebagai populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan 103 orang karyawan tetap sebagai sampel. Sumber data dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelatihan, kompensasi dan pengembangan karier secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan dengan kontribusi sebesar 71.60%; (2) Kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan; (3) Pelatihan dan pengembangan karier secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 73.20%; (4) Kompensasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan; dan (5) Kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pelatihan, kompensasi dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan.
