Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) on firm value (Study on the Coal SubSector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period). The dependent variable in this study is firm value as measured by price to book value (PBV). The population in this study are coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015 - 2018 The sample in this study found 10 companies obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained using the documentation method. The data analysis technique used was panel data regression analysis with the selected model being the fixed effect model. The results of this study partially show that the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on the firm value in the coal sub-sector; Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on the firm value in the coal sub-sector; Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant positive effect on the firm value in the coal sub-sector. Keywords: firm value, current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on assets (ROA) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Studi pada Sub Sektor Batubara yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan price to book value (PBV).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2015 – 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan model yang terpilih adalah fixed effect model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor batubara; Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor batubara; Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor batubara.
