Abstract
This study discusses the relationship of self-esteem with employability skills to final-level students of the faculty of psychology at the University of X. This study uses quantitative with correlational techniques. The subjects in this study were 144 final level students at University X and were obtained using incidental sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between self-esteem and work ability, the value obtained from the trial is 0,000 which indicates a significant relationship between self-esteem and employability skills in final-level students of research institutions at University X. Keywords: Self Esteem, Employability Skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa ada hubungan antara self esteem dengan employability skills pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir fakultas psikologi di Universitas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 144 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas X dan diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sampling insidental. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Pearson dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara self esteem dengan employability skills, nilai yang diperoleh dari uji korelasi 0,309 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,01 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara self esteem dengan employability skills pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir fakultas psikologi di Universitas X.
