Abstract

Large-scale construction project work requires heavy equipment to complete the work in a limited time. in the implementation of the increase and expansion of the rigid pavement Apron VIP and VVIP terminals at Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport using 2 different types of tools, namely the Wirtgent Sp500 slipform concrete paver and the Gomaco C450 truss screed. With the differences in the tools used will certainly affect the effectiveness of time and costs. The research method used in this research is comparative quantitative method. to get a comparison of the time and costs required for rigid pavement work using Slipform Concrete Paver Type Wirtgent Sp500 and Truss Screed with the resulting data in the form of numbers. Based on the analysis, it was found that the total time for increasing and expanding rigid pavement using the Wirtgent Sp500 slip-from concrete paver was 8 days, while using the Gomaco C450 truss screed was 10 days. The percentage difference of the two methods is 20.00%. This means that using the Wirtgent SP500 concrete paver slipform is 2 days faster. In the cost of carrying out the work of increasing and expanding rigid pavement using a slip-from concrete paver wirtgent sp500, a total cost of Rp. 21.685.661.413,59.- while the work carried out using the gomaco c450 truss screed was Rp. 21.339.516.841,99.- the percentage difference of the two methods is 1.60%. This means that using the slipform concrete paver wirtgent sp500 is more expensive by Rp. 314,595,907.30. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that in terms of cost and time it is more profitable to use rigid pavement work using a slip-from concrete paver Wirtgent Sp500 in the implementation of work on increasing and expanding rigid pavement aprons for VIP and VVIP terminals. Where there is a difference in costs that is not so significant, only Rp346.144.571,59.- or 1.60% and work completed 2 days faster. Keywords : Rigid Pavement, Slipform Concrete Paver Wirtgent Sp500, Truss Screed Gomaco C450 Pekerjaan proyek konstruksi dengan skala besar membutuhkan alat berat untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut dengan waktu yang terbatas. pada pelaksanaan peningkatan dan perluasan rigid pavement Apron terminal VIP dan VVIP bandara halim perdana kusuma menggunakan 2 jenis alat berbeda yaitu slipform concrete paver wirtgent sp500 dan truss screed gomaco c450. Dengan adanya perbedaan alat yang digunakan tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas waktu dan biaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif komparatif. untuk mendapatkan perbandingan waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan pekerjaan rigid pavement menggunakan Slipform Concrete Paver Type Wirtgent Sp500 dan Truss Screed dengan hasil data berupa angka. Berdasarkan analisa didapat total waktu pelaksanaan peningkatan dan perluasan rigid pavement menggunakan alat slipfrom concrete paver wirtgent sp500 adalah sebesar 8 hari, sedangkan menggunakan truss screed gomaco c450 adalah sebesar 10 hari. Presentase selisih dari kedua metode tersebut adalah 20,00 %. Artinya dengan menggunakan slipform concrete paver wirtgent sp500 lebih cepat 2 hari. Pada biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan peningkatan dan perluasan rigid pavement menggunakan slipfrom concrete paver wirtgent sp500 didapat total biaya sebesar Rp. 21.685.661.413,59.- sedangkan pelaksanaan pekerjaan menggunakan truss screed gomaco c450 adalah sebesar Rp. 21.339.516.841,99.- presentase selisih dari kedua metode tersebut adalah 1,60 %. Artinya menggunakan slipform concrete paver wirtgent sp500 lebih mahal sebesar Rp. 346.144.571,59. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dapat disimpulakan bahwa dari segi biaya dan waktu lebih menguntukan menggunakan pekerjaan rigid pavement menggunakan slipfrom concrete paver wirtgent sp500 pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan peningkatan dan perluasan rigid pavement apron terminal VIP dan VVIP. Dimana terdapat selisih biaya yang stidak begitu signifikan hanya sebesar Rp. 346.144.571,59.- Atau 1,60 % dan pekerjaan selesai 2 hari lebih cepat.
