Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Grit and Growth Mindset on Resilience of company management in line management in Jakarta area. This study was conducted on 321 respondents. For sampel retrieval is done using the Non Probability Sampling technique with the type of Accidental Sampling. The hypothesis of this study is that Resilience is influenced by Grit and Growth Mindset which is owned by a company management of an industrial company in Jakarta area. Data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires through form links and distributions manually, which previously tested the validity and reliability of the Grit questionnaire, Growth Mindset and Resilience. The research method uses quantitative correlation regression analysis techniques, where after testing the three variables, the determination coefficient value or r square is obtained 0.747 which shows that Grit and Growth Mindset simultaneously have an influence of 74.7% on Resilience company management in Jakarta area. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Grit dan Growth Mindset terhadap Resilience pengurus perusahaan lini manajemen di wilayah Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap sebanyak 321 responden. Untuk pengambilan smapel dilakukan menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis Accidental Sampling. Adapun hipotesis penelitian ini adalah Resilience dipengaruhi oleh Grit dan Growth Mindset yang dimiliki oleh seorang pengurus perusahaan industri yang ada di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengann cara menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian melalui link form dan penyebaran secara manual, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji validitas serta reliabilitas yang terdiri dari kuesioner Grit, Growth Mindset dan Resilience. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuatitatif korelasi teknik analisa regresi, dimana setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap ketiga variabel maka diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi atau r square 0,747 yang menunjukkan bahwa Grit dan Growth Mindset secara simultan memiliki pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 74,7 % terhadap Resilience pengurus perusahaan lini manajemen di wilayah Jakarta Kata kunci: Manager, Dewasa, Resilience, Grit, Growth Mindset
