Abstract

Enterprise system architecture information has covered various fields, one of which is the culinary field which has also changed significantly. Coffee shop in general is a place with a concept like a restaurant but the focus of the menu offered is coffee. Sa7ujuh Coffee is a coffee shop that wants to serve high quality coffee to its customers. In its business processes, the system used to provide services to customers is still not optimal. The information system only uses the front end at the checkout and only uses Microsoft Office as a supporting application, this makes existing information and business processes late and less competitive in this modern era. In this case, it is necessary to analyze using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework to plan an enterprise architecture design that fits Sa7ujuh Coffee's needs. The application of TOGAF ADM is carried out in 5 phases of application system development, consisting of: Preliminary phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. Keywords: Coffee shop, Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF Arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi sudah mencakup kedalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya yakni bidang kuliner yang juga telah berubah secara signifikan. Coffee shop pada umumnya adalah tempat yang secara konsep seperti restoran tetapi fokus menu yang ditawarkan berupa kopi. Sa7ujuh Coffee merupakan sebuah coffee shop yang ingin menyajikan kopi dengan kualitas tinggi untuk para pelanggannya. Dalam proses bisnisnya, sistem yang digunakan dalam melakukan pelayanan ke pelanggan, masih kurang maksimal. Sistem informasi hanya menggunakan front end di kasir dan hanya menggunakan microrosoft office sebagai aplikasi penunjang, hal ini menjadikan informasi dan proses bisnis yang ada sekarang menjadi terlambat dan kurang kompetitid di era yang modern ini. Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan analisa menggunakan framework TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) untuk melakukan perencanaan rancangan arsitektur enterprise yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Sa7ujuh Coffee. Penerapan TOGAF ADM dilakukan pada 5 fase pengembangan sistem aplikasi, terdiri atas: fase Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, dan Technology Architecture.
