Abstract

PUSDATIKOMDIK (Center for Data and Information Technology for Education Communication) is the technical implementation unit for the Office of Education in managing data and information technology for education communication, where PUSDATIKOMDIK (Center for Data and Information Technology for Education Communication) is the place for complaints and data processing. To anticipate the occurrence of unwanted data processing or not in accordance with the input data, as well as misuse and deficiencies in data processing, an IT Governance audit must be held. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. This information system audit uses the COBIT 5 framework method. The domain used in this study uses the COBIT 5 framework with the DSS01, DSS02, and DSS03 domains which aim to determine the extent to which the results of the audit of the data processing Information System at the DKI Jakarta Education Office's PUSDATIKOMDIK and find out the results evaluation to achieve a better level for the company from the results that have been audited. Through data management based on the results of questionnaires from respondents, it can be concluded that the capability level in the DSS01 domain (Managing System Operations) is at level 4 (Predictable Process) with a score of 4.28, DSS02 (Managing Service Requests and Incidents) is at level 4 (Predictable Process ) with a score of 4.12, and DSS03 (Managing Problems) is at level 4 (Predictable Process) with a score of 4.42, which means that the process at level 4 is predictable, at the process stage it is executed within the specified limits to achieve the desired final result. expected. PUSDATIKOMDIKDIK (Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi Pendidikan) merupakan unit pelaksana teknis Dinas Pendidikan dalam pengelolaan data dan teknologi informasi komunikasi pendidikan, Dimana PUSDATIKOMDIK (Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi Pendidikan) adalah tempat untuk pengaduan dan pengolahan data. Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya pengolahan data yang tidak diinginkan atau tidak sesuai dengan data yang diinputkan, serta adanya penyalahgunaan dan kekurangan dalam pengolahan data maka harus diadakan audit Tata Kelola IT. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi secara langsung. Audit sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode framework COBIT 5. Domain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan domain DSS01, DSS02, dan DSS03 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hasil audit terhadap Sistem Informasi pengolahan data pada PUSDATIKOMDIK Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta dan mengetahui hasil evaluasi untuk mencapai level yang lebih baik bagi perusahaan dari hasil yang telah diaudit. Melalui pengelolaan data berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dari responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa level kapabilitas pada domain DSS01 (Mengelola Operasi Sistem) berada pada level 4 (Predictable Process) dengan skor 4,28, DSS02 (Kelola Permintaan dan Insiden Layanan) berada pada level 4 (Predictable Process) dengan skor 4,12, dan DSS03 (Mengelola Masalah) berada pada level 4 (Predictable Process) dengan skor 4,42 yang artinya proses pada level 4 tersebut dapat diprediksi, pada tahap proses yang dijalankan dalam batasan yang ditentukan untuk mencapai hasil akhir yang diharapkan.
