Abstract
Research this aiming analyze influence Good Corporate Governance based on total board commissioner, commissioner independent and ownership managerial and the performance company based on Return On Asssets and Return On Sales to Company Value for sector goods and consumption in 2012 - 2016. This research is use annual report. The sampling method used is purposive sampling from population of 30 companies 29 fulfilled criteria as a sample. Method the analysis in research this is multiple linier regression. The results research to show that in a manner partial total board commissioner take effect significant positive against Price Earning Ratio. Commissioner independent is not influential. Ownership managerial is not influential. Influential Return On Assets significant positive, while Return On Sales is not influential. Keyword : Good Corporate Governance, Amount Board Commissioner, Commissioner Independent, Ownership Managerial, Company Performance, Return On Assets, Return On Sales, Company Value, Price Earning Ratio. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance berdasarkan jumlah dewan komisaris, komisaris independen dan kepemilikan manajerial dan kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan Return On Assets dan Return On Sales terhadap Nilai Perusahaan untuk sektor barang konsumsi tahun 2012 – 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan tahunan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dari populasi 30 perusahaan 29 memenuhi kriteria sebagai sample. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial jumlah dewan komisaris berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Price Earning Ratio. Komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh. Kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh. Return On Assets berpengaruh signifikan positif, sedangkan Return On Sales tidak berpengaruh.
