Abstract

This research aims to find out if there are differences in career maturity in high school, vocational school, and pkbm (homeschooling) students in Jabodetabek. The sample count in this study was 240 students. The measuring instrument used is a career maturity measuring instrument with a reliability value of 0.908. based on the Super in theory (Gonzales, 2008). Kruskal Wallis test results showed that there were significant differences in the career maturity of high school, vocational school, and pkbm students whose significance was 0.000 <0.05. Then from the test results Mann Whitney showed there was a difference where the career maturity of vocational school students was higher than that of high school students, which was SMK 94.51 and SMA 66.49. Meanwhile, the difference in career maturity between vocational school students and PKBM students is higher in career maturity than vocational school students, where students of PKBM 101.28 and vocational school students 59.72. And the difference in career maturity in high school and PKBM students is higher than in high school students, where high school students are 50.09 while pkbm students 110.91. Which means showing differences in learning models can make a student's career maturity different. Keywords : Career Maturity, Students, School, High School, Vocational School, PKBM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kematangan karir pada siswa SMA, SMK, dan PKBM (Homeschooling) di Jabodetabek. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 240 siswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur kematangan karir dengan nilai reliabilitas 0,908. berdasarkan teori Super dalam (Gonzales, 2008). Hasil uji Kruskal Wallis menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada Kematangan karir siswa SMA, SMK, dan PKBM yang mana signifikansi yang didapatkan adalah 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian dari hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukan terdapat perbedaan dimana kematangan karir siswa SMK lebih tinggi dari pada siswa SMA, yang mana SMK 94,51 dan SMA 66,49. Sedangkan Perbedaan kematangan karir antara siswa SMK dan PKBM didapatkan hasil siswa PKBM lebih tinggi kematangan karirnya dari pada siswa SMK, yang mana siswa PKBM 101,28 dan siswa SMK 59,72. Dan perbedaan kematangan karir pada siswa SMA dan PKBM didapatkan hasil kematangan karir siswa PKBM lebih tinggi dari pada siswa SMA, yang mana siswa SMA sebesar 50,09 sedangkan siswa PKBM 110,91. Yang berarti menunjukkan perbedaan model pembelajaran dapat membuat kematangan karir siswa berbeda. Kata Kunci : Kematangan Karir, Siswa, Sekolah, SMA, SMK, PKBM.
