Abstract

Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan membuat produksi yang lebih efisien. Keberadaan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri yang sama atau munculnya perusahaan-perusahaan baru menjadi salah satu faktor yang mengancam dan dapat menyebabkan penurunan keuntungan atau bahkan kehancuran bagi perusahaan tersebut. Beban perusahaan berupa persediaan material harus terkontrol agar biaya operasional semakin ringan dan keuntungan semakin banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis terjadinya penurunan nilai Turn Over Ratio (TOR) dan menentukan efektivitas pemenuhan persediaan material yang harus tersedian pada industri penerbangan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan simulasi Monte Carlo dan perhitungan TOR pada saat pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini penyebab terjadinya nilai Turn Over Ratio (TOR) mengalami penurunan dikarenakan adanya kinerja persediaan dan kondisi permintaan yang tidak terpenuhi. Jika proses pengendalian persediaan terpenuhi dapat meningkatkan nilai TOR sebagaimana hasil dari bagian pembahasan telah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.0007. Sementara hasil melalui simulasi Monte Carlo yang telah dilakukan didapatkan biaya yang paling minimum pada nilai Re-Order Point (ROP) 70.696 cans, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) 1.500 cans dengan periodic pemesanan kali dalam satu tahun dengan rata-rata persediaan 1.320 cans dan persediaan habis sebesar 316 cans yaitu Rp. 102.963.212,2. Setelah menggunakan metode simulasi Monte Carlo terbukti bahwa nilai TOR semakin tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan order formula kebijakan perusahaan, semakin tinggi nilai TOR berarti semakin efektif. The existence of companies engaged in the same industry or the emergence of new companies is one of the threatening factors and can cause a decrease in profits or even collapse for the company. The company's burden in the form of material inventory must be controlled so that operational costs are lighter and profits are increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the decline in the value of the Turn Over Ratio (TOR) and determine the effectiveness of fulfilling material supplies that must be available to the aviation industry in Indonesia. This research method uses Monte Carlo simulation and TOR calculations during data processing. The results of this study cause the value of the Turn Over Ratio (TOR) to decrease due to unfulfilled supply performance and demand conditions. If the equalization control process is fulfilled it can increase the TOR value as the results of the discussion section have increased by 0.0007. While the results through the Monte Carlo simulation that has been carried out obtained the minimum cost at a Re-Order Point (ROP) value of 70,696 cans, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) 1,500 cans with periodic orders in one year with an average inventory of 1,320 cans and inventory out of 316 cans of Rp. 102,963,212.2. After using the Monte Carlo simulation method it is proven that the TOR value is higher compared to using the company policy order formula, the higher the TOR value means the more effective.
