Abstract

The use of formwork systems using PERI has been widely applied, because many projects have used international standards that require the use of these formwork. In addition, there are currently many construction failures, especially in the implementation of work in the field because construction is not carried out according to the terms and methods of work and the calculation of structural strength is often ignored. Research was conducted on shoring structure system for beam at MPP Project, Jakarta. Determine the loading supported by the building, by looking at the SNI of loading and PPIUG 1983. After that this loading is fed to the design on Staad.pro. Analysis using a computer device STAAD.Pro V8i, then checking the Yield Stress, Shear Stress and Deflection of the structural system whether it is still within the limits. The calculation for the Yield Stress, Shear Stress and Deflection of the material is still below the predetermined permit limit. Keywords: PERI, formwork, yield stress, shear stress, deflection Penggunaan bekisting system menggunakaan PERI sudah banyak diterapkan, dikarenakan sudah banyak proyek yang menggunakan standar internasional yang mengharuskan pengunaan bekisting tersebut. Selain itu saat ini banyak terjadinya kegagalan konstruksi khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan dikarenakan konstruksi tidak dilaksanakan sesuai syarat – syarat dan metode kerja serta perhitungan kekuatan struktur yang sering diabaikan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap sistem struktur shoring untuk beam di Proyek MPP, Jakarta. Menentukan pembebanan – pembebanan yang ditopang oleh bangunan, dengan melihat SNI pembebanan dan PPIUG 1983. Setelah itu pembebanan ini dimasukkan kepada desain pada Staad.pro. Analisis menggunakan perangkat komputer STAAD.Pro V8i, kemudian melakukan pengecekan terhadap Tegangan Leleh, Tegangan Geser dan Lendutan dari sistem struktur apakah masih masuk dalam batas. Perhitungan untuk Tegangan Leleh, Tegangan Geser dan Lendutan material masih dibawah batas izin yang telah ditentukan. Kata kunci : PERI, bekisting, tegangan leleh, tegangan geser, lendutan
