Abstract

The Laundry Business that has found its market requires laundry entrepreneurs to have the right business strategy, such as providing laundry shoe shuttle services. In the current Global Era, web-based information systems are very effective in all areas of business, including the shoe washing business. Shoe washing is a place of service that is often visited and desirable by customers, so customers are something that should be prioritized. Web-based services in bradstore can reduce the problems that exist in customers who want to do shoe washing but are lazy to go to laundry shoes. Bradstore is one of the shoe washing shops in the city of South Tangerang which was established in 2017. At first this bradstore was only for closest friends. Increasing times, this bradstore has many customers, as well as customers who want to wash shoes. This research was conducted by the method of making observations with interviews, interviews with customers, and using the literature method by finding literature or studies that are in accordance with research. And to complete the system development using the waterfall method. The results of this study are the existence of an increase in the quality of existing systems in bradstore by using a web-based information system, namely: the ease of ordering processes, the ease of customers using the system, the ease of finding sales reports, then looking for customer satisfaction, the ease of finding customers, the ease of finding customer gifts . Keywords: Shoe Laundry Shuttle Application, PHP, MySql Bisnis Laundry yang telah menemukan pasarnya mengharuskan para pengusaha laundry memiliki strategi bisnis yang tepat, seperti menyediakan layanan antarjemput laundry sepatu. Di Era Global sekarang, sistem informasi berbasis web sangat efektif digunakan dalam semua bidang bisnis tidak terkecuali bisnis pencucian sepatu. Pencucian sepatu merupakan tempat pelayanan yang sering dikunjungi dan diminati oleh pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan merupakan sesuatu yang harus di utamakan. Pelayanan berbasis web pada bradstore dapat mengurangi permasalah yang ada pada pelanggan yang ingin melakukan pencucian sepatu namun malas mendatangi laundry sepatu. Bradstore adalah salah satu toko pencucian sepatu yang ada di kota Tangerang Selatan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2017. Pada awalnya bradstore ini hanya untuk teman-teman terdekat. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, bradstore ini memiliki banyak customer, serta pelanggan yang ingin mencuci sepatu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara kepada pelanggan dan pegawai, dan menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan mencari literatur atau studi sesuai dengan penelitian. Dan untuk metodologi pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan kualitas sistem yang ada di bradstore dengan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis web, yaitu : adanya kemudahan proses booking, kemudahan pelanggan menggunakan sistem, kemudahan menampilkan laporan penjualan, kemudian mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan, kemudahan melakukan penilaian pelayanan, kemudahan mengetahui reward pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Antar-Jemput Laundry Sepatu, PHP, MySql.
