Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pandulima Hydromatic. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 karyawan PT. Pandulima Hydromatic, Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Manajemen Talenta berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja,Kepuasan Kerja,Manajemen Talenta,dan Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, job satisfaction and talent management on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pandulima Hydromatic. The samples used were 33 employees of PT. Pandulima Hydromatic, The sampling method uses a saturated sample technique, namely a sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that workload has no significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and talent management has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
