Abstract

Practical work is an activity during lectures that supports students in learning to get into the real world of work. The purpose of this professional practice is that students can find out how to apply the knowledge that can be lectured to the actual working environment. The place of practice in this report is PT. Pandega Design Weharima with Objects of the Rajawali Group Four Season Apartment, Office and hotel development project. The research method conducted by the author is the method of implementing Professional practice in the field with data collection techniques of observation and interviews. And the method of writing a report with discussion techniques with the supervisor. The Rajawali Group Project Four Season Apartment, Office and Hotel, belongs to the type of construction projects, with the type of Building Construction projects, and Private Projects. PT. Pandega Design Weharima is included in the category of architectural design services classification and business services qualifications with M2 qualifications. The project is in the Construction phase for the apartment and Office buildings while the Hotel building is in the Design Development Phase. The author is given the task to make detailed drawings of buildings, revised detailed drawings of field survey buildings help architects to find building design solutions and problems encountered in projects that refer to working drawings. Kerja praktik adalah suatu kegiatan selama perkuliahan yang menunjang mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran untuk terjun ke dalam dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktik Profesi ini adalah mahasiswa dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara mengaplikasikan ilmu yang di dapat di perkuliahan dengan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang sebenrnya. Adapun tempat praktik pada laporan ini yaitu PT. Pandega Desain Weharima dengan Objek pembangunan proyek Rajawali Group Four Season Apartement, Office and hotel. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah metode pelaksanaan praktik Profesi di lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Dan metode penulisan laporan dengan teknik diskusi dengan pembimbing. Proyek Rajawali Group Four Season Apartement, Office and Hotel, termasuk ke dalam jenis proyek konstruksi, dengan jenis proyek kontruksi Bangunan Gedung (Building Construction), dan golongan Proyek Swasta. PT. Pandega Desain Weharima masuk dalam kategori klasifikasi jasa desain arsitektural dan kualifikasi bidang jasa usaha dengan kualifikasi M2. Proyek sedang dalam tahap Contruction untuk bangunan apartement dan Office sedangkan untuk bangunan Hotel sedang dalam Tahap Design Development. Penulis di berikan tugas untuk membuat gambar detail bangunan, revisi gambar detail bangunan survey lapangan membantu arsitek untuk mencari solusi desain bangunan dan masalah yang dihadapi di proyek yang mengacu pada gambar kerja.
