Abstract
The purpose of this research to examine the effect of Ownership Structure, Liquidity, and Profitability on Firm Value. The population in this study is the Kompas 100 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. Based on the purposive sampling method, there are 90 final samples from this study. The analytical method used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on firm value and managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and liquidity have no effect on firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership Liquidity, and Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan, Likuiditas, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan Indeks Kompas 100 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling terdapat 90 sampel akhir dari penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Instirusional Likuiditas, dan Nilai perusahaan.
