Abstract

This study is a research with quantitative method which aims to examine the effect of Liquidity, Solvability, and Profitability on Firm Value. The population in this study is the automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018 – 2020 period with a total of 13 companies. Sampling was determined by using purposive sampling method so that 12 companies were obtained. The data analiysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 program. The result of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value, solvability has no significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, Firm Value. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan manufaktur subsektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020 dengan total 13 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 12 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
