Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of exchange rate fluctuations and inflationon stock prices with roi as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total population of 23 mining companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, with a sample of 17 companies. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 10. The independent variable in this study is the Rupiah Exchange Rate which is measured using the Consumer Price Index, Inflation is measured using the inflation rate,the dependent variable is the stock price which is measured using PBV and the intervening variable is roi. The results of this study indicate that (1) the exchange rate has a significant effect on stock prices; (2) Inflation has a significant effect on stock prices; (3) ROI has asignificant effect on stock prices; (4) Exchange Rate has no effect on ROI; (5) Inflation has no effect on ROI; (6) Exchange Rates have a significant effect on Stock Prices through ROI; (7) Inflation has a significant effect on stock prices through ROI. Keywords : Exchange Rate, Inflation, Stock Price, ROI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh fluktuasi nilai tukar dan inflasi terhadap harga saham dengan roi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 23 perusahaan Pertambangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 17 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan Eviews 10. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Nilai Tukar Rupiah yang diukur menggunakan Indeks Harga Konsumen, Inflasi yang diukur menggunakan tingkatan inflasi, Variabel dependen yaitu Harga Saham yang diukur menggunakan PBV dan Variabel intervening yaitu roi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai Tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham; (2) Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham; (3) ROI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham; (4) Nilai Tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROI; (5) Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROI; (6) Nilai Tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham melalui ROI; (7) Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham melalui ROI.
