Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the application of the EOQ, POQ, & Lot For Lot Methods in raw material inventory control can minimize the total cost of raw material inventory. The research was conducted on Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques, interviews, observation. The data obtained in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports and raw material inventory reports obtained from Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih employees, then processed and analyzed quantitatively using the EOQ, POQ, & Lot For Lot formulas. The results showed that from the EOQ, POQ, & Lot For Lot methods, only the Lot for Lot method could reduce inventory costs at Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih shop. This method allows stores to order the same amount as needed in each period, avoiding wasted inventory and reducing associated carrying costs. By implementing the Lot for Lot method, Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih shop can reduce inventory costs and increase their operational efficiency, which is expected to increase their business profits. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan penerapan Metode EOQ, POQ, & Lot For Lot dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dapat meminimumkan total biaya persediaan bahan baku. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara, obeservasi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan keuangan dan laporan persediaan bahan baku yang diperoleh dari karyawan Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih, kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus EOQ, POQ, & Lot For Lot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari metode EOQ, POQ, & Lot For Lot hanya metode Lot for Lot yang dapat mengurangi biaya persediaan pada toko Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih. Metode ini memungkinkan toko untuk memesan jumlah yang sama dengan kebutuhan pada setiap periode, menghindari pemborosan persediaan dan mengurangi biaya penyimpanan yang terkait. Dengan menerapkan metode Lot for Lot, toko Bolu Pisang Ibu Onih dapat mengurangi biaya persediaan dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional mereka, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keuntungan bisnis mereka.
