Abstract

The research aims to identity the influence of Product Quality, Price Perception and Service Quality on Purchase Decision of ASUS Laptop. The subjects in this study were consumer who purchased ASUS Laptop. The sample used in this study was 140 respondents. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling. By using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of PLS. The results of this study showed Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision. Price Perception has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision and Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision. Keyword: Product Quality, Price Perception, Service Quality, Purchase Decision, ASUS Laptop Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Pelayan Terhadap terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Laptop ASUS. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk Laptop ASUS. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 140 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian, Laptop ASUS
