Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of brand image, trust and customer value on customer satisfaction in digital printing companies. The population in this study is the people of DKI Jakarta who have used digital printing at PT. Snapindo Warlab Success. The sample used is 175 respondents, calculated based on the Hair formula. The sampling method used was convenience sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Brand Image, Trust, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction, Digital Printing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kepercayaan dan Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Perusahaan Digital Printing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat DKI Jakarta yang pernah menggunakan digital printing di PT. Snapindo Warlab Sukses. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 175 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Kepercayaan, Nilai Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Digital Printing
