Abstract

The Influence of Information Quality, Risk Perception, and Trust on Purchase Decisions, Purchase Decisions on Repurchase Interest at Tokopedia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence certain aspects in Tokopedia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality, risk perception, and trust on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions on repurchase intentions. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques using Smart PLS or Partial Least Square (PLS) data processing applications. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 112. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, risk perception has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and purchase decisions have a positive effect. and significant to repurchase intention. Pengaruh Kualitas Informasi, Persepsi Risiko, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Keputusan Pembelian Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Di Tokopedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi aspek-aspek tertentu di dalam Tokopedia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Informasi, Persepsi Risiko, dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Keputusan Pembelian Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data Smart PLS atau Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desktiptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 112. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, keputusan pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.
