Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, hubungan interepersonal, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Surya Sudeco-tunasrent Jakarta yang bergerak di bidang jasa sewa mobil dan driver. Populasi karyawan PT. Surya Sudeco- tunasrent Jakarta dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang maka penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data dalam penelitian yang digunakan sebagai alat penilaian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan Skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yakni Partial Least Square. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2). Hubungan interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel-variabel baru, menambahkan kriteria tambahan bagi responden serta diharapkan dapat menganalisis faktor lain yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat memperkarya hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dengan hasil yang lebih baik dan akurat. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Hubungan Interpersonal, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work environment, interpersonal relationship, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Sudeco-tunasrent Jakarta, which operates in the field of car rental and driver services. The population in this reseacrh is 100, so this study used a saturated sample. Data is obtained by using the quetionnaire technique and Likert Scale as a questionnaire assesment tool. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. The results of the data analysis show that: 1). The work environment has a significant and positive impact on employee performance. 2). Interpersonal relationship has a significant and positive impact on employee performance. 3). Motivation has a significant impact and positive impact on employee performance. In future research, new variables can be added, additional criterria can be added for respondents, and it is hoped that other factors that affect employee performance can be analyzed, this improving the results of the research obtained with better and more accurate results.
