Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi, dan kualitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo). Objek penelitian ini adalah kayawan bagian IT & services pada PT. Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo) yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling sebanyak 93 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan pengolahan data melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan kualitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of work flexibility, compensation, and work quality on the work productivity of employee at PT. Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo). The object of this research is IT & services employee at PT. Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo) located in Central Jakarta. The sample method used was non probability sampling of 93 respondents. The method of data collection using the documentation method with research instruments is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) method with data processing through SmartPLS software. The results of this study showed that work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, the compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work quality has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
