Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze workload, work motivation, and work discipline on employees performances of PT BNI Syariah Bendungan Hilir Area. The object of this research is the area of PT.BNI Syariah Bendungan Hilir. This study was conducted on 100 respondents. Beased on respondents’s responds, performend validity test, normality test, multicrolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear test. This research result indicates that partially, workload variables, and work motivation variables, and work discliplines variables affect the employees performances in the area of PT BNI Syariiah Bendungan Hilir. Keywords: Workload, Work Motivation, Work Disclipine, and Employees Performances. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja , motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Area PT. BNI Syariah Bendungan Hilir. Objek penelitian ini adalah Area PT BNI Syariah Cabang Bendungan Hilir. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 orang responden, berdasarkan tanggapan responden dilakukan uji validitas, uji normalitas, multikolineritas, heteroskedastisitas dan linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Area PT BNI Syariah Bendungan Hilir. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
