Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of entrepreneurship education and self efficacy as forming entrepreneurial attitudes on students’ entrepreneurial intentions. The object of this research is Management Study Program students of Mercu Buana University. The research was conducted on 178 respondents by using quantitive descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using probability sampling with Slovin sampling technique that is not taking the entire population. The data collection method by using survey method with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS for data analysis. This study proves that entreprenurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes, entreprenurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial attitudes able to mediate influence entrepreneurship education and self efficacy towards entrepreneurial intentions with partial mediation. Keywords : Entrepeneurship Education, Self Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Attitude, Entrepreneurial Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan self efficacy sebagai pembentuk sikap berwirausaha dan dampaknya terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 178 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik sampel Slovin yaitu tidak mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis data Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, dan sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Sikap berwirausaha mampu memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan self efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan sifat mediasi parsial.
