Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh karyawan PT. FKS Trukindo Utama. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 80 karyawan, Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Jabatan, dan Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and position on employee performance. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Main Truckindo FKS. The research sample used was 80 employees. The sampling method used a saturated sample technique, namely a sampling technique in which all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and position has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
