Abstract
This study aims to analyze the correlation between the halal certification process and the perception of the cost of halal certification with the intention of creative economy behavior. The population in this study were creative economy entrepreneurs in the culinary sub-sector which were included in the category of food stalls and food stalls in the city of South Tangerang with a total sample size of 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. This study used aapproach mix methods with the explanatory sequential design , namely, in the first stage, quantitative data analysis was carried out followed by a quantitative analysis as confirmation. The method of collecting quantitative data uses survey methods and questionnaires as research instruments, while for qualitative data it uses focus group discussion (FGD) and participant observation. The results showed that the halal certification process has a positive and significant correlation with the intention of creative economy behavior. The perception of the cost of halal certification has a positive and significant correlation with the intention of creative economy behavior. The halal certification process has a positive and significant correlation with the perceived cost of halal certification. In the halal certification process, the perception of the cost of halal certification has a positive and significant correlation to the intention of creative economy behavior. Keywords: Halal Certification Process, Perception of Halal Certification Costs, Intention of Creative Economy Behavior, Law No. 33 of 2014, Halal Certificate Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi proses sertifikasi halal dan persepsi biaya sertifikasi halal dengan intensi perilaku ekonomi kreatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha ekonomi kreatif pada sub sektor kuliner yang termasuk kedalam kategori warung makan dan kedai makan yang berada di wilayah kota Tangerang Selatan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methods dengan the explanatory sequential design yaitu, pada tahap pertama dilakukan analisis data kuantitatif lalu diikuti dengan analisis kuanlitatif sebagai penegasan. Metode penggumpulan data kuantitatif menggunaan metode survey dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian sedangkan untuk data kualitatif menggunakan focus group discussion (fgd) dan observasi partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses sertifikasi halal berkorelasi berpositif dan signifikan dengan intensi perilaku ekonomi kreatif. Persepsi biaya sertifikasi halal berkorelasi positif dan signifikan dengan intensi perilaku ekonomi kreatif. Proses sertifikasi halal berkorelasi positif dan signifikan dengan persepsi biaya sertifikasi halal. Proses sertifikasi halal, persepsi biaya sertifikasi halal berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi perilaku ekonomi kreatif.
