Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, Board of Directors, Leverage, Capital Structure and Company Size on Financial Performance (Empirical Study of Food and Beverages Sub Sector Companies listed on the IDX in the period 2015 - 2019). The sample in this study were 55 from 11 companies. The sampling technique used in the study was purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 application program. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Independent Commissioner has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (2) the Audit Committee has no effect on financial performance. (3) The Board of Directors has a negative and significant effect on financial performance. (4) Leverage has no effect on financial performance (5) Capital structure has no effect on financial performance (6) Company size has no effect on financial performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, Dewan Direksi, Leverage, Struktur Modal dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Food and Beverages yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode tahun 2015 – 2019). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 dari 14 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (2) Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. (3) Dewan Direksi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. (4) Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (5) Stuktur Modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (6) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.
