Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the effect of inflation, DER, and ROA on stock returns listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the consumer goods industry sector 2018-2019. The data taken by the author was obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2018 to 2019. 58 populations in this research were consumer goods industry companies with annual reports listed on the IDX website. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling which resulted in a sample of 15 companies that met the criteria. This study uses panel data regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant positive effect on stock returns, while inflation and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on stock returns. Keywords: Inflation, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Stock Return Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh inflasi, DER, dan ROA terhadap return saham yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada sektor industri barang konsumsi tahun 2018-2019. Data yang diambil penulis diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia da Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode waktu 2018 hingga 2019. 58 Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri barang konsumsi dengan laporan tahunan yang tercatat pada website BEI. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan inflasi dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak ada pengaruh terhadap return saham.
