Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of cash flow, liquidity, and company size on financial distress. Samples of this study came from 27 transportation subsector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017 to 2019. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the significance of financial distress on cash flow, liquidity, and company size. This study did not find the phenomenon of financial distress in service companies in the transportation sub-sector, but did find indications of a relationship between cash flow and liquidity and financial distress. The study also found that the size of the company are not related to financial distress. Keywords: Financial Distress, Cash Flow, Liquidity, Company Size Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh arus kas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap financial distress. Sampel berasal dari 27 perusahaan jasa sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode 2017 hingga 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi regresi linear berganda untuk menguji signifikansi financial distress pada arus kas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan fenomena financial distress pada perusahaan jasa sub sektor transportasi, namun menemukan indikasi adanya hubungan arus kas dan likuiditas dengan financial distress. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan tidak ada hubungan dengan financial distress. Kata Kunci: Financial Distress, Arus Kas, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan
