Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Attributes of Destination and Service Quality towards Revisit Intention (Case Study of Floating Market Bandung). The research design used was casual research. The sampling technique was nonprobability sampling method. The type of sampling technique used and suitable for this study was convenience sampling. The sample used was 125 samples, based on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 (25 x 5 = 125) that met the criteria. The data method used a questionnaire. The results showed that the destination attribute had a positive and significant effect on interest in return visits, and the quality of experience had a positive and significant effect on the interest in return visits. Keywords : Destination Attributes, Service Quality, Revisit Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Atribut Destinasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Kembali (Studi Kasus Floating Market Bandung). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kasual. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling, jenis teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dan cocok pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling.. Dari sampel yang digunakan adalah 125 sampel, berdasarkan jumlah indikator dikalikan 5 (25 x 5 = 125) yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode data mengunakan Kuisoner. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa atribut destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan kembali, dan kualitas pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjungan kembali. Kata Kunci: Atribut Destinasi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Minat Kunjungan Kembali
