Abstract

Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention. Dalam penelitian ini, desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen dari penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 100 orang karyawan PT Toward Research Business dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Toward Research Business. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Turnover Intention. The purpose of this thesis is to examine and analyze the effect of the work environment, work stress, and leadership style on turnover intention. In this study, the research design used is causal research with a quantitative approach. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population used is 100 employees of PT Toward Research Business with saturated sample method. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square version 3. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a negative and not significant effect on turnover intention. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee turnover intention of PT Toward Research Business. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Stress, Leadership Style, Turnover Intention.
