Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage and firm size on firm value. The object of this study is property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016–2019. The total sample is 29 companies report data by using purposive sampling method. The method used is multiple linear analysis. Data processing is assisted by using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 20.0 for windows. The result of this research that profitability has significant positive effect on firm value, leverage has significant positive effect on firm value, and firm size has no significant effect on firm value. Keywords: profitability, leverage, firm size and firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2019. Total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 29 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data dibantu dengan menggunakan Software IBM SPSS Statistics versi 20.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan nilai perusahaan.
