Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of cleanliness, restaurant atmosphere and food quality on customer satisfaction at the kintan buffet restaurant puri indah mall. The dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction, while the independent variables are cleanliness, restaurant atmosphere, and food quality. This research was conducted on 180 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLs analysis tool The results of this study indicate that cleanliness has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, restaurant atmosphere has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and food quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Customer satisfaction, cleanliness, restaurant atmosphere, food quality Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebersihan ,atmosfer restoran dan kualitas makanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di restoran kintan buffet puri indah mall. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pelanggan Sedangkan variabel independen adalah kebersihan,atmosfer restoran, dan kualitas makanan.. Alat bantu analisis dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebersihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,atmosfer restoran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan kualitas makanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
