Abstract

This study was to analysis the effect of work stress, self efficacy and organizational culture on the turnover intention employees of PT. Metroxgroup. The object of this research are all employees who work at PT. Metroxgroup. This study was conducted on 122 respondents from 176 population using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of work stress have a positive significant effect on turnover intention, self efficacy has negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational culture has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention of PT. Metroxgroup. Keywords: Work Stress, Self Efficacy, Organizational Culture, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, self efficacy, dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Metroxgroup. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Metroxgroup. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 122 responden dari populasi sebanyak 176 dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, self efficacy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Metroxgroup. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Self Efficacy, Budaya Organisasi, Turnover Intention
