Abstract

Jakarta is the capital and one of the major cities in Indonesia. It is located on the northwest coast of Java. In addition to the capital city of Jakarta, also incessantly building an area that integrates directly with public transportation. One of the things being done by the DKI Jakarta government is the transportation of the MRT and LRT from the Lebak Bulus area which ends at the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout. So with that in need of a city design themed Transit Oriented Development (TOD) to make it happen. In addition to the need for the existence of the TOD area, Jakarta also needs supporting facilities such as hotels, apartments, malls, offices and mice. Where the supporting building must be able to integrate directly with the MRT and LRT in order to facilitate its users. In addition to the need for the existence of the TOD area which must be supported by buildings by four-star hotel buildings and Mice that inhabit the Cipete area, South Jakarta, it must be designed as a destination that can represent the city of Jakarta. Another thing that is no less important is the need for natural resources which is increasingly thin and requires every building design to apply environmentally friendly and sustainable design principles, such as energy-efficient architecture that allows energy use without limiting or changing the function of buildings, comfort or productivity of its inhabitants Keywords: T.O.D, Hotel & Mice, Green Architecture, Energy-Saving Architecture Jakarta adalah ibu kota dan salah satu kota besar di Indonesia., terletak dipesisir bagian barat laut Pulau Jawa. Selain ibu kotaJakarta juga sedang gencargencarnya membangun kawasan yang berintegrasi langsung dengan transportasi publik. Salah satu yang sedang di kerjakan oleh pemerintahan DKI Jakarta adalah tarnsportasi MRT dan LRT dari kawasan Lebak Bulus yang berujung di Bundaran Hotel Indonesia. Maka dengan itu di perlukanlah perancangan kota bertema Transit Oriented Devlopment (TOD) untuk mewujudkannya. Selain kebutuhan akan keberadaan kawasan TOD, Jakarta juga membutuhan bangunana pendukung nya seperti Hotel, Apartemen, Mall, Office, dan Mice. Dimana bangunan pendukung tersebut harus bisa bertintegrasi langsung denagn MRT maupun LRT agar memudahkan penggunanya. Selain kebutuhan akan keberadaannya kawasan TOD yang harus didukung oleh bangunan oleh bangunan Hotel bintang empat dan Mice yang mempuni di kawasan Cipete, Jakarta Selatan harus dirancang sebagai tempat destinasi yang dapat merepresentasikan kota Jakarta. Hal lainnya yang tak kalah penting adalah kebutuhan akan sumber daya alam yang semakin meinipis dan mengharuskan setiap desain bangunan agar menerapkan prinsip desain ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan, seperti halnya arsitektur hemat energi yang meminilakan penggunaan energi tanpa membatasi atau merubah fungsi bangunan, kenyamanan maupun produktivitas penghuninya.
