Abstract
The city of Jakarta is rife with the development of mass public transport infrastructure (SAUM) infrastructure, one of which is the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a response to these developments. Dynamic Transform · MICE HOTEL is a building design that is expected to be able to accommodate the continuity and harmony with the surrounding environment and bring comfort in connectivity in the TOD area. The design of MICE & Hotel refers to the theme of Green Architecture with the concept of Back to Nature which emphasizes the unique aspects of building design. The MICE building is intended for exhibitions, conferences, meetings and other events. There is a 4 star hotel that will be a stopover in supporting its activities that have retail and restaurant facilities. Keywords : Unique, Dynamic, Green Architecture, Nature, Tread Response, Light, comfort Kota Jakarta sedang marak dengan banyaknya pembangunan infrastruktur sarana angkutan umum massal (SAUM) yang salah satunya adalah Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan respon akan perkembangan tersebut. Dinamic Transform·MICE HOTEL merupakan sebuah perancangan bangunan yang diharapkan dapat mengakomodir antara kesinambungan dan keserasian dengan lingkungan sekitar serta menghadirkan kenyamanan dalam konektifitas dalam kawasan TOD. Perancangan MICE & Hotel ini merujuk pada tema Green Architecture yang berkonsep Back To Nature yang mengedepankan aspek keunikan terhadap rancangan bangunan. Adapun bangunan MICE diperuntukan untuk pameran, konferensi, meeting dan acara lainnya. Terdapat Hotel bintang 4 yang akan menjadi tempat singgah dalam menunjang aktifitasnya yang mempunyai fasilitas retail dan resto.
