Abstract

Companies have an important role in the economy, environmental responsibility and social development. Pollution and damage to the enviroment are increasing due to company waste. With the sustainability report, the company is more concerned about the environmental impact generated by the company.This study aims to test the performance of the influence of finance as measured by using the ratio of profitability, liquidity and capital structure to the Sustainability Report (SR) that occurs in non-banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).This type of research uses quantitative research methods. In taking the sample, the research used purposive sampling method and obtained 102 samples. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews program. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have a negative effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report, the capital structure has no effect on the disclosure of the sustainability report. Keywords: Financial Performance, Capital Structure, Sustainability Report. Perusahaan mempunyai peran yang penting terhadap pembangunan perekonomian, tanggung jawab lingkungan dan sosial. Pencemaran dan kerusakan terhadap lingkungan semakin banyak karena diakibatkan oleh limbah perusahaan. Dengan adanya pengungkapan sustainability report perusahaan lebih peduli terhadap dampak lingkungan yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kinerja Keuagan yang diukur dengan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas dan struktur modal terhadap Sustainability Report (SR) yang terjadi pada Perusahaan Non-Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam teknik pengambilan sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 102 sampel. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program Eviews. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report, struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report.
