Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profit Growth, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-performing Financing (NPF) and MSME Financing on the Welfare of Shareholders. The type of research used is quantitative research and the data sources used are secondary data sources. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method. The population in this study were 12 Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for 5 years from 2015 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that profit growth and non-performing financing have a significant effect on shareholder welfare (ROE) while the financing to deposit ratio and MSME financing has no significant effect on shareholder welfare (ROE). Keywords : Profit Growth, Financing to Deposit, Non Performing Financing, MSME Financing and Shareholder Welfare (ROE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Laba, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non performing Financing (NPF) dan Pembiayaan UMKM Terhadap Kesejahteraan Pemegang Saham. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa keuangan selama 5 tahun dari 2015 sampai dengan 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan laba dan non performing financing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pemegang saham (ROE) sedangkan financing to deposit ratio dan pembiayaan UMKM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pemegang saham (ROE). Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Laba, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Financing, Pembiayaan UMKM dan Kesejahteraan Pemegang Saham (ROE).
