Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and liquidity on audit report lag in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. By using the purposive sampling method, 99 samples were obtained from 33 samples and 65 companies as population. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis using the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, hypothesis test and r square test. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure has a positive effect on audit report lag, profitability has a negative effect on audit report lag and liquidity has a negative effect on audit report lag. Keywords: Audit report lag, capital structure, profitability and liquidity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap audit report lag pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016- 2018. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 data dari 33 sample dan 65 perusahaan sebagai populasinya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji hipotesi dan uji r square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap audit report lag, profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap audit report lag dan likuiditas berpengaruh negative terhadap audit report lag. Kata Kunci: Audit report lag, struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas.
