Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Learning, Organizational Cultural and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Organizational Performance at Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Tangerang City and Tangerang Regency, Banten. Respondents in this study were the chairman and vice chairman of the Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Tangerang City and Tangerang Regency, Banten. This research was conducted on 30 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that the sample population is saturated 1) Organizational Learning Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Organizational Performance, 2) Organizational Culture Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Organizational Performance, 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Organizational Performance , at Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) in Tangerang City and Tangerang Regency, Banten. The usefulness of this research is divided into two parts, namely 1) Input material for Social Welfare Institutions (LKS) to pay more attention to fostering care (Children and Elderly). 2) Practical Contribution The results of this study are expected to provide benefits and serve as consideration for companies in making decisions related to Organizational Learning, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Organizational Performance, so that productivity is expected in Social Welfare Institutions. (LKS) is increasing. Keywords: Organizational Learning, Organizational Cultural, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Learning, Organizational Cultural dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Terhadap Organizational Performance Pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Kota Tangerang dan Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah ketua dan wakil ketua Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Kota Tangerang dan Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa populasi sampel jenuh 1)Organizational Learning Berpengaruh Secara Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Organizational Performance, 2)Organizational Cultural Berpengaruh Secara Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Organizational Performance, 3)Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Berpengaruh Secara Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Organizational Performance, Pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) di Kota Tangerang dan Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Adapun kegunaan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu 1)Bahan masukan bagi Lembaga Kesejahteraan sosial (LKS) agar lebih memperhatikan pembinaan terhadap asuhan (Anak dan Lanjut Usia). 2)Kontribusi Praktis Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan yang berkaitan dengan Organizational Learning, Organizational Cultural, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Organizational Performance), sehingga diharapkan produktivitas di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) semakin meningkat.
