Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that affect the earnings per share of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. acquisitions after 2012. In this study, only one company was used as a sample, by taking a sample of the quarterly financial statements of PT. Agung Podomoro Land in 2012 to 2019. The data collection method used internet research methods (online research) by downloading quarterly data from PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. The data analysis method uses the Multiple Linear Regression method with the help of the Eviews 11 software program. The results of this study indicate that the current asset ratio (CR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) have no effect on earnings per share (EPS), while the ratio of total assets turnover (TATO) has a negative effect on earnings per share (EPS) and the ratio of return on equity (ROE) has a positive effect on earnings per share (EPS). Keywords: Current Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi earning per share PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. setelah akuisisi pada tahun 2012. Dalam penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel, dengan mengambil sampel laporan keuangan triwulan PT. Agung Podomoro Land tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2019. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode riset internet (online resarch) dengan mengunduh data laporan triwulan PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Regresi Liniear Berganda dengan bantuan program software Eviews 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio current asset (CR) dan rasio debt to equity ratio (DER) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap earning per share (EPS), sedangkan rasio total asset turnover (TATO) memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap earning per share (EPS) dan rasio return on equity (ROE) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap earning per share (EPS). Kata Kunci: Current Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share.
