Abstract

This study aims to find out the condition of Toyota Home Service customer demand and feasibility results of the investment plan of fixed assets of toyota home service fleet in Auto2000 Pandeglang. The data collection method used is observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the analysis showed that the number of requests in 2017-2020 increased from the previous year so that there needs to be an increase of 1 unit of Toyota Home Service. The investment assessment obtained the result that the investment plan is feasible to be implemented. Calculation by Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method and Payback Peroide Method (PP). Based on the results of calculations and assessments, it can be concluded that the investment plan to add toyota home service fleet in Auto2000 Pandeglang Banten is feasible to be implemented. Key words: Investment decision, fixed asset investment, capital budgeting, investment assessment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi permintaan pelanggan Toyota Home Service dan hasil kelayakan atas rencana investasi aktiva tetap penambahan armada Toyota Home Service di Auto2000 Pandeglang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jumlah permintaan tahun 2017-2020 mengalami kenaikan dari tahun sebelumnya sehingga perlu adanya penambahan 1 unit Toyota Home Service. Penilaian invetasi yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa rencana investasi layak untuk dilaksanakan.Perhitungan dengan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Metode Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Metode Payback Peroide (PP). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan penilaian maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa rencana investasi penambahan armada Toyota Home Service pada Auto2000 Pandeglang Banten layak untuk dilaksanakan.
