Abstract

This study discusses the quality of service, tourist attraction, and promotion simultaneously and partially on the interest of visiting to Museum Wayang Kota Tua Jakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is tourists or people who live in Jabodetabek. The number of samples is 117 respondents. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling technique, and using quantitative descriptive. Analysis of the data used is the method of data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant quality of service to visiting interests, positive and significant on promotion, and tourist attraction negatif and not towards interest in visiting. Keywords: service quality, attractiveness, promotion, interest in visiting. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, daya tarik wisata, dan promosi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat berkunjung pada Museum Wayang Kota Tua Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah wisatawan atau orang yang tinggal di Jabodetabek. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 responden. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap minat berkunjung, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung. Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, daya tarik, promosi, minat berkunjung.
