Abstract

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of financial performance, sales growth on firm value with the moderation of the covid pandemic. Financial Performance is measured by using Return On Assets (ROA). Sales Growth (Sales Growth) is measured using the total sales owned by the company. The Covid pandemic uses a proxy for the period of covid and before covid (nominal scale). The dependent variable is firm value measured using Price Book Value (PBV). The population in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2020 period, totaling 9 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method so that 54 samples were obtained. The data used is secondary data obtained from the IDX. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial performance has a positive influence on firm value, while sales growth does not have a significant effect on firm value. And the covid pandemic moderation regression analysis on the relationship of financial performance, sales growth does not have a significant effect on firm value. Keywords : Return On Asset, Sales Growth and Firm Value and Pandemi Covid Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh dari kinerja keuangan, pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan moderasi pandemi covid. Kinerja Keuangan diukur dengan menggunakan Return On Asset (ROA). Pertumbuhan Penjualan (Sales Growth) diukur menggunakan Total penjualan yang dimiliki perusahaan. Pandemi Covid mengunakan proksi periode covid dan sebelum covid (skala nominal). Variabel dependen yaitu Nilai perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan Price Book Value (PBV). Populasidalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2020 yang berjumlah 9 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 54 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BEI. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak memliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan analisis regresi moderasi pandemi covid pada hubungan kinerja keuangan, pertumbuhan penjualan tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
