Abstract

This study aims to test the influence determinant that affect of the financial distress. The population in this research are mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with 2016-2019 periods. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling with criteria. The amount of sample before outlier is 44 data’s collected and then after outlier is 33 data’squalified as sample. Data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression analysis with significance level 5% with some help of programming data using SPSS 25 th version to analyze in this research. The results of this study show that Liquidity ratio not affect on the financial distress, while profitability and company size has an significant effect on financial distress. Keywords : Financial Distress, Liqudity Ratio, Profitability, Company Size Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji determinan yang mempengaruhi kesulitan keungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode 2016-2019. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Jumlah sampel yang didapat sebelum outlier adalah 44 data dan jumlah data setelah outlier adalah 33 data yang dikualifikasikan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan bantuan pemrograman data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 untuk dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesulitan keuangan, sedangkan Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesulitan keuangan.
