Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatics. This study uses a population of 78 employees of PT. Swadharma Means of Informatics. The method of collecting data using the survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. This study uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Swadharma Means of Informatics. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Discipline, and Work Productivity. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 78 karyawan PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukKan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Disiplin Kerja, dan Produktivitas kerja
