Abstract
Innovation is one of the important things that can help companies to survive in the midst of a dynamic business world. Therefore, it is important for companies to have employees who are able to innovate. In innovating, a positive mindset and psychological empowerment need to present in employees to support success in creating new ideas or innovations for the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between growth mindset and psychological empowerment with innovative work behavior in generation Z employees. This study used a quantitative approach. Research respondents were 158 employees belonging to the generation Z category who were selected by purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between growth mindset and psychological empowerment with innovative work behavior. Keywords: Growth mindset, psychological empowerment, innovative work behavior Inovasi merupakan salah satu hal penting yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk bertahan ditengah dunia bisnis yang bersifat dinamis. Maka dari itu penting bagi perusahaan untuk memiliki karyawan yang mampu berinovasi. Dalam berinovasi, pola pikir yang positif serta keberdayaan psikologi perlu ada dalam diri karyawan demi mendukung keberhasilan dalam menciptakan ide atau inovasi baru bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara growth mindset dan psychological empowerment dengan innovative work behavior pada karyawan generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian sebanyak 158 karyawan yang termasuk ke dalam kategori generasi Z yang terpilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara growth mindset dan psychological empowerment dengan innovative work behavior.
