Abstract

The success of MLM is largely determined by the business performance of its members. The sales target is determined entirely by each entrepreneur. Therefore, it is important to reveal the factors that affect the sales targets of business people. The sales target in this case is the result of the entrepreneur's performance in the form of bonus points (BP). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning agility and entrepreneurial self-efficacy with the achievement of sales targets at PT.X. The research respondents were 107 active members in PT.X who were selected by purposive sampling. The results of this study concluded that there is no relationship between learning agility and entrepreneurial self-efficacy with the achievement of sales targets. To increase sales targets, it is not enough to have self-confidence or agility, it must involve other mediating factors. Keywords: Learning agility, entrepreneurial self efficacy, sales targets Keberhasilan MLM sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja bisnis dari para member. Target penjualan sepenuhnya ditentukan oleh masing-masing pebisnis. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengungkap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi target penjualan dari para pebisnis. Target penjualan dalam hal ini merupakan hasil kinerja dari pebisnis berupa bonus poin (BP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara learning agility dan entrepreneurial self-efficacy dengan pencapaian target penjualan pada PT.X. Responden penelitian sebanyak 107 member aktif pada PT.X yang terpilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara learning agility dan entrepreneurial self efficacy dengan pencapaian target penjualan. Untuk meningkatkan target penjualan, memiliki keyakinan diri atau kemampuan agility saja tidak cukup, maka harus melibatkan faktor mediator lainnya.
